These terms explain how memberships and visits work at Fitness World & Spa in El Ahyaa, Hurghada. If you join, you agree to them.

Memberships

Prices on the pricing page are in Egyptian pounds. A gym membership includes free access to the gym floor and its equipment for the time you buy. An exclusive membership adds the guest passes, personal training sessions, and spa sessions listed for that plan. A spa membership is a set number of sauna, jacuzzi, and steam sessions. Day passes, week passes, a single class, and private training are separate services.

Under 18

Anyone under 18 trains with a trainer. For safety, we never let anyone under 18 on the gym floor alone.

At the club

We are open every day from 7:00 to 23:00. Please follow staff instructions, use the equipment as shown, and look after shared spaces. We can stop a visit if someone puts members at risk or damages the club.

Payment

You pay for memberships and services in person, or in the way the front desk agrees with you. The join form does not take card payments. It opens WhatsApp with the details you entered so we can confirm your plan.

Changes

We do not give refunds. If you want a different plan, talk to the front desk before you pay. There is no free trial. You can pay for a day pass and use that day to try the club. If you then take a membership, we put the day-pass price toward the membership.
